This Privacy Policy applies to lemonboy.co and the webpages, forms, features, and services operated by Lemon Boy LLC ("Lemon Boy," "we," "us," or "our") that link to this policy (collectively, the "Site").
It applies when you browse the Site, contact Lemon Boy, join a mailing or notification list, request a product notification, submit an inquiry, or otherwise provide information through the Site.
This Privacy Policy does not govern the independent practices of third-party websites, platforms, or services that Lemon Boy does not control.

Depending on the feature you use, Lemon Boy may collect:

- Phone number when voluntarily provided

- Product ID and product name connected to a Notify Me request

Technical Information
Systems used to deliver, secure, and operate the Site may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, timestamps, requested webpages, referring information, and diagnostic or security data.
Sensitive Information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, government identification numbers, passwords, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through Lemon Boy's general website forms.

Form Processing and Service Providers
Lemon Boy currently uses Formspree to process certain Site forms. When you submit one of those forms, the information you provide is transmitted through Formspree so that Lemon Boy can receive and manage the submission.
Lemon Boy may also use hosting, infrastructure, email, security, domain, analytics, and other technology providers where reasonably necessary to operate the Site. Lemon Boy uses Google Analytics 4 only when a visitor allows analytics through the Site’s privacy controls to measure Site usage and lead-conversion activity.
These providers may process information on Lemon Boy's behalf or as independently permitted under their own terms and privacy practices.
Browser Storage and Similar Technologies
Certain Lemon Boy features use browser local storage for limited operational purposes. The Site may also store your analytics privacy choice so it can remember whether optional analytics should remain allowed or off.
For example, the Site may store a normalized email identifier or an email-and-product identifier to recognize that a signup or notification request was previously completed and reduce duplicate submissions.
Browser-stored information may remain on your device until it is removed by the Site, cleared through your browser settings, or otherwise deleted.
Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Lemon Boy uses Google Analytics 4 (“Google Analytics”) only when a visitor chooses to allow analytics through the Site’s privacy controls.
When allowed, Google Analytics helps Lemon Boy understand Site usage, including pages viewed, traffic source and campaign information, and whether certain lead forms are started or successfully completed. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to support this measurement.
Lemon Boy does not intentionally send form contents or personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or message text to Google Analytics. Analytics events are limited to approved non-personal categories such as lead type and inquiry type.
If you keep analytics off, Lemon Boy does not load the Google Analytics tag. You can change your choice at any time through Privacy Choices in the Site footer.
Lemon Boy does not currently sell personal information to advertisers, use the Site for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use Google Analytics for advertising personalization or remarketing.
Communications and Marketing
If you join the Drop List, request a Notify Me alert, request early access, or otherwise ask to receive Lemon Boy updates, Lemon Boy may use the contact information you provide to send those requested communications.
Where required by law, commercial email communications will provide a clear method to unsubscribe or otherwise request that future marketing communications stop.
Lemon Boy may continue to send non-marketing communications when reasonably necessary to respond to a request, administer an interaction you initiated, provide legally required notices, or protect the Site.
When We Disclose Information
Lemon Boy may disclose information:
- To service providers that support forms, infrastructure, hosting, communications, security, or other business functions.
- For legal compliance when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, court order, or a valid governmental request.

The public informational portions of the Site may be viewed without signing up.
Signup, subscription, notification, account, rewards, newsletter, waitlist, and similar data-collection features are intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older.
If you are under 18, do not submit an age-restricted signup or subscription form.
Lemon Boy does not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through these features. If Lemon Boy learns that information from a child under 13 was collected in circumstances requiring parental consent, Lemon Boy will take reasonable steps to delete the information or otherwise comply with applicable law.
Lemon Boy may delete or suppress information associated with an age-restricted submission if Lemon Boy determines that the person who submitted it was under 18.
